Whitney Houston dies at 48

Police reports says she died in her own room at beverly hotel, where she stays as a guest.
She was confirmed dead at about 12:55, just minutes into midnight, (nigerian time).

The cause of her death remains unknown, but it is known that there was no sign of criminal intent.

Whitney's mother was gospel singer, Cissy houston, she until her death is cousin to blues singer Dionne Warwick and god-daughter to Aretha franklin.
